To cancel your membership, simply call toll-free at 1-877-800-1958 for the U.S.A. and Canada or +1 (514) 448-6340 for international members, seven (7) days per week from 7:00AM to 9:00PM , Atlantic Standard Time. When you cancel your membership, you will be required to provide ItsHD with certain information regarding your reason for cancellation. Alternatively, you can go to https://www.ItsHD.com/support/ and cancel your membership online.
The initial periodic ItsHD premium membership fee is valid for an initial membership period starting on the date your paid premium membership begins and continuing through the periodic anniversary date. For example, if you are on a free trial membership and your free trial expires on June 17 and your paid ItsHD membership begins on June 18, your initial premium membership fee entitles you to ItsHD premium benefits until July 18 and your Payment Card will be charged on July 18 (the anniversary date) for the period of July 18 through August 18. You can cancel your ItsHD premium membership at any time and you will not be charged for the subsequent renewal terms. For example, if your anniversary date is the fifth (5th) of each month and you cancel your premium membership on October 20, then you will not be charged on November 5 (for the November 5 to December 5 period) and your ItsHD premium membership will terminate on November 5.
CANCELATION RIGHTS. NOTWITHSTANDING THE FOREGOING, YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION WITHOUT OBLIGATION WITHIN 3 BUSINESS DAYS AFTER THE DATE YOU BECOME A MEMBER ("THREE DAY RIGHT TO CANCEL").
