How to Move, Change, or Cancel your Verizon Service

If you'll be out of town anywhere from 30 days to 9 months, no need to cancel. You can suspend your Verizon services instead.
If you want to cancel your Verizon service for any other reason, here are some things you need to know:
  1. You won't be able to cancel your service online
  2. You can cancel Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 6:00 pm (et) by calling 1.844.837.2262
  3. You'll need to provide your account number to cancel the service, so have that handy when you call.
  4. Customers calling from CA, FL, and TX need to contact your local provider
