How do I permanently delete Once Dating account
If you want to delete your account permanently, please send us message from the contact us button in your settings, using the category “delete profile”.If you don’t report this directly from the app, please send us an email at hello@getonce.com with your phone number, email, or Facebook email so that we can find your profile.
Please know that all matches and all profile information will be lost and this action cannot be reversed
